Cheryl had one of the classic introductions to Gerry. She saw several of his early works like Mrs. Brown, Dracula 2000 and Timeline but never made the “Gerry” connection. Then along came Phantom of the Opera and then 300. She connected all the dots and realized that handsome Scottish actor was the same man in all those different roles. She searched for more information on this eclectic actor and was quit taken by his intelligence and wonderful sense of humor. During her search she found GALS, lurked for a while like many do, then took the plunge and joined. She hasn’t looked back since. “The friendships and extended FANmily is what makes GALS such a fantastic place to be”.
Cheryl is originally from Southern California and now lives in Oregon. She started her college years attending Richmond College in London, studying Art and Architecture. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Graphic design. Years later Cheryl went back to school and received her License in Massage Therapy. What a combination! She splits her time between the creative outlet of her graphics and her physical and spiritual connection with massage. Cheryl is married to very wonderful, non-jealous-of-Gerry guy, named Chris. They have a beautiful daughter who is so glad that she doesn’t have to wear the Catholic school uniform anymore because she’s in High School. Both are extremely supportive of her Butler addiction.
Cheryl is one of our graphic artists on GALS. She keeps the members supplied in avatars and icons and loves putting Gerry in all sorts of positions…in her signatures. She can often be found lost in the Gallery which is home to thousands of pictures of Gerry. If you’re going to get lost that’s the best place to be!
Cheryl enjoys traveling, water skiing, reading and spending time with friends and family. She believes it’s never too late to follow your dreams and that happiness is like jam. You can’t spread even a little without getting some on yourself.
